“See, this is the real secret of life: to be completely engaged with what you’re doing in the here and now—and instead of calling it work, realize that this is play.”
—Alan Watts

It is your right as a human being to have fruitful, loving, and supportive relationships, with others as well as yourself. Most of my clients start therapy with me because they know, at a deep level, the changes they need to embrace, but need help from someone caring and trustworthy to make those changes safe and real.
I work with clients to understand what they need to feel safe enough to try new things, and make evidence-based, creative suggestions that reflect the authenticity of each person. I meet with people who are struggling to reconcile their sexual, emotional, and philosophical differences in relationship, and help to restore trust, intimacy, and collaboration to their partnerships.
I specialize in working with mono-poly relationships, sexual & gender minority experiences, and relational minority (poly, CNM/ENM, open+) transitions. As someone who has had to go through the intense process of questioning & accepting my own needs, as well as my gender, sexual & relationship orientations, I understand what an exhausting, confusing process it can be. I want to be there for you in that work!
Additionally, I specialize in incorporating somatic & language-based therapeutic interventions in working with sexual & relational trauma. My specialization as a Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP) allows me to merge language-based therapy with somatic approaches. It is a huge passion of mine to engage clients in a therapeutic process that allows them to reengage curiosity and openness with their bodies, and that liberates them from compulsivity or draining, exhausting nervous system responses.
I work with models of therapy that can feel “uncomfy” to clients for the first few minutes of trying them on, but quickly become ways of facing and moving through conflicts, confusions, and unhealed moments. I value anti-carceral mental health approaches, anti-racist work, decolonial work, and the queer & mad rights movements.
Apart from the therapy world, I am a musician, a TTRPGer, a collage artist & crafty queer, generally a fan of being outside (but not sports)— and, perhaps most of all, a co-parent of one very perfect cat (see below) named Rhea.
